1. General Return Policy (7 Days)

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging (seals intact).
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

Note: Shipping costs for "change of mind" returns are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

2. Warranty Coverage (6 Months - 1 Year)

All products sold on EliteBuy UAE come with a warranty period specifically mentioned on the product page (either 6 Months or 1 Year).

What is Covered:

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., battery not charging, keys not working, adapter failure).
• Sudden failure under normal usage conditions.

What is NOT Covered:

• Physical damage (cracks, dents, broken connectors).
• Liquid damage (spills on keyboards or laptops).
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or power surges.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 10 to 45 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Important Legal Note: "Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment."

4. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item is defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
