Process: Orders are processed within 24 hours. We offer delivery across the UAE via professional courier services.

• Dubai & Sharjah: Same-day or Next-day delivery available.
• Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, etc.): 1-2 working days.

Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours. Refunds will be made back to the Original Mode of Payment used initially. Please allow for up to 10 to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed by the issuing bank.
