Customers using the website who are Minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

Payments & Currency

For all transactions on EliteBuy UAE, the following terms apply:

• The accepted currency for all transactions is AED (UAE Dirham).
• We currently accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers are requested to retain a copy of their delivery receipt and transaction records.
• While we do not currently collect card details, we take data security seriously. All personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
• Should online payment methods be activated in the future, Visa and MasterCard in AED will be accepted, and all transactions will be protected by SSL encryption.

4. Products, Pricing & Trademark Disclaimer

We strive to ensure all prices and product details (batteries, adapters, keyboards) are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in price, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

5. Delivery Policy

Process: Orders are processed within 24 hours. We offer delivery across the UAE via professional courier services.

Timelines:

• Dubai & Sharjah: Same-day or Next-day delivery available.
• Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, etc.): 1-3 working days.

Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placement. To cancel an order, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email.

For approved returns or cancellations, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or Store Credit. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the refund process to be completed once the return has been inspected and approved.

Important Note: "Since we currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, all refunds will be issued directly to the customer's verified UAE bank account."
